Well, the story gave me chills. Once me and my cousin(girl) were playing in park right across the street. And it got dark and so the other kids left. Me and my cousin were then ran at by two men who were sitting in the park very casually. I remember just because I was always cautioned by my mother, I realized the danger even before they started coming at us and asked my cousin to run as fast as she can and we decided not to look back. We ran and so did the creeps. My cousin tripped, I dragged her so hard that her knees got all wounded. But luckily we managed to reach home and locked every single door. No one believes us... no one. Atlest they don't consider it as horrifying as it really was. It still gives me chills. I'm glad we were safe. Moral of the story: Listen to your parent's advice. Run BEFORE the danger comes too close. Keep your eyes open. Trust your instinct.

Often times there’s mandatory minimums for certain charges, so they have to add all of those mandatory years even if it’s an unrealistic number. It happened recently with that truck driver out west who got in an accident when his brakes failed. He was given an outrageous sentence bc of mandatory minimums and people are fighting to have them ended. Judges have 0 power in sentencing the amount of time when charges have mandatory minimums, as soon as the jury finds you guilty then you’re done, and I don’t think jurors know the mandatory sentence at that time so it doesn’t play a role in their decision making of guilty or innocent (I could be mistaken on that tho)

Sad reality is that you will not be as smart as you think in a situation like this. When put under pressure or if the situation is happening quickly you can make not so smart decisions.

This was done mildly but still made me sick to my stomach. This girl was extremely brave and smart. She should be congratulated for her heroisms and told she was not at fault. Only the criminal is at fault for his choices.

this makes me sick to the core, if i would be a cop i would problably burn out on my first year at searching none stop someone who is missing and is confirmed to be still alive somewhere out there, i just cant think of what the family has to go thru every time they go to sleep, while one of their kid is missing.

It amazes me in many cases such as this that these creeps can have accomplices or people covering up for them.
@fromearth32862 жыл бұрын
Why can't they have accomplices??? When a girl is raped by a man, the entire society, media, boomers, simps all cover up the girl. They can have accomplices nothing wrong in that.😂

Once in Netherlands in Leeuwarden when I was 15 I was once approached by this Arab guy pointing his gun altho it was truly shocking couldn't move for a few seconds at first, coz I wasn't expecting that.. I thoight he wanted money but when he asked me to go in his car I can still remember my legs shaking from fear almost feeling paralysed, by help of God there was a guy who screamed from top floor balcony which gave me few seconds to run away.. it was such horrifying trauma took me almost 4 years to recover.. I really feel bad for this girl

Makes no sense to sentence someone 421 years why not death. He would have continued his assault being fed my the mother of another of his victims.
@snsech2 жыл бұрын
Eh, being imprisoned could be worse than death depending on where you end up. Death is usually quick and painless, whereas you could go through some serious shit in prison. Some of them are really shitty. And I’m not just talking about prisoners, also living conditions And given his sentence, he wouldn’t have gotten out anyway
@Seek18782 жыл бұрын
Well only murder qualifies for the death penalty.
@Alex-cw1ph2 жыл бұрын
You can appeal a death sentence. No matter how much time he gets taken off his sentence, he will die in prison before his appeals get to a reasonable level.

Are the cops really that stupid? Telling that woman that a call had been made could have gotten the girl killed. Better to hide out and spy on the woman.
