Kremvh's Tooth/Sacrificial Blade mod, makes the machete the most versatile weapon in game. If you get a legendary one that deals radiation damage. That makes it the only weapon with the potential for all 4 types of damage.

There is a unique weapon that you missed. The Short Prototype Railway Rifle, there is only one way to obtain it. You must complete the quest "Tradecraft" and join the Railroad, before completing the quest "Reunions". Once you're in the railroad and have access to Railroad HQ, you must wait some time in-game. Eventually, you will enter the Railroad HQ and see Tinker Tom and an unnamed railroad agent testing it on the props over at the shooting range. You must sneak over and pickpocket it off the unnamed railroad agent. You must do it before the unnamed railroad agent puts the gun away, or it will disappear from his inventory. The "test" will only happen once and at random, so if you don't get it then you'll never get it, and the "test" will only happen before the quest "Reunions". This makes the Short Prototype Railway Rifle the rarest weapon in the game. The gun can't be modified, has only one ballistic damage, and can only hold one spike in the chamber at a time, but it is truly a unique variant of the Railway Rifle.

You meet Edward in more than just the memorial, you can meet him in colonial tap house, and third rail. Those are the only locations I've met him, but probably more locations than that, as he is a random encounter for the most part.

You missed the Shem Drowne Sword (Gilded Grasshopper) , it has a unique texture and visual quirk, also almost forgot Survivor's special (Lost Patrol) and has bloodied legendary effect which is only usually available on melee weapons.

Caedo, great video I've loved ur guides since I found ur space mountain doc for fallout nv and after that made new fallout characters on 3 and nv just to collect all rare and unique weapons and armor and I love this guide too! Your guides are great but for this one at least I think you should've included the Shem Drownes sword which is to my knowledge the only meelee weapon in the game that does radiation damage and you get it from the nick Valentine detective agency quest the golden grasshopper and you get it from picking up the folder on the left on top of the filing cabinet behind his desk and the other one is on the right. I find that one really useful if u have electrified and stun pack on it cuz it causes additional damage and can stun an enemy which is useful for rushing meelee with supermutants or other enemies that rush with Meelee attacks and plus it's a revolutionary sword and it has medium speed so it's effective enough to get quite a few hits in before an enemy strikes and one of them could stun them

The "Survivors special" is indeed missing, its a laser rifle with legendary effect not available on ranged weapons thus making it "unique" ( Bloodied effect from melee weapons )

Prototype unlimited potential laser rifle behind the bank vault at university point is a special weapon because you will never need to reload and it is one of a kind. also im not one hundred percent suer if it's the only way to obtain it but there is a special institute laser pistol you can only pick up in the memory of Kellogg when he killed the synths and you have a small window to pick up the pistol one of them drops.

I just recently found a unique weapon, it's a hunting rifle variant called Reba II, you get it from a guy in Salem who's fighting off Mirelurks. He gives you a misc quest to turn on his turrets and in exchange, gives you the rifle.

It's a blade, so it can be attached to any machete you have. Legendary machetes included!

Maybe I just need to do it to a different legendary and then the game will be all herpdidy derp, and then I'll be able to do it to vanilla machete. No Big Jim? Only 1 can be found at Walden Pond and the legendary effect can be very useful. Add to that you only need Blacksmith at rank 2 to fully upgrade the weapon and it's a Wrench that's well worth picking up early in the game.

You missed Kellogg's Gun, Eddie's Peace and the Revolver that does burning damage part shot in the bunker near one of the lakes (it's an unmarked li88 action but still) so you missed 3, just thought I'd let you know :)

Just got a question for players. I wanted to see if anyone does the same thing I do in FO4. Does anyone else ONLY carry and use Legendary weapons and armour?? Of course when u first start out you cant have everything legendary cuz you have to find enough to deck out in full armour n all be legendary and same with weapons. But after you have enough does anyone else do this? I got rid of EVERYTHING that does NOT have a star next to it. The ONLY thing I have on my chick that dont have a star*legendary* is the skull bandana and her wrap around glasses. How about everyone else????
