The issue is that Meowth is a single Pokémon. Charizard is in a trio, while the other two members of the trio do not get as much love. Also Charizard, while not having an regional variants, gets two Megas and a base game gigantamax, and was Ash's secondary signature 'mon. Not to mention regional variants are far more likable. I wouldn't care if Charizard had two regional variants because they are new concepts. Not just a more fiery Charizard.

The Meowth variant looks really cool, but I think it would almost work better as its own separate Pokemon. One thing that pretty much all regional variants have in common is that they are easily identifiable with their other forms, but from just looking at this Pokemon, unless they were told so beforehand, one would probably not see it as a Meowth form.

Here’s an idea: In Egypt, there was a handful of pyramid thieves looking to find the hidden treasure inside of them. An Asone regional-variant of delibird (Dark/Psychic) would be a perfect counterpart to the original delibird. Instead of giving gifts, it would use its tail bag to store treasures it steals. It would evolve to be slimmer like a thief to fit in tighter spaces, have a face/ninja mask integrated into its fur and have a more sinister yet playful expression! It would have a unique ability called “scurry” which raises its speed stat by 3 when below half health. It would have the secondary ability run away and the hidden ability magician.

But with their cruel power they turned other pokemon into their slaves and then forcefully revived their species. To this day its one of the most feared pokemon. Ability : command ; when the Pokemon hp is low, it cuts off the attack and defence stat of every other pokemon in the battlefield and recovers it hp. (for one time only lmao)

Are you aware that even though regional variants are usually drawn to be in the same pose, their official art is always original? Body shape is slightly different and pose slightly different since the og form art is only used as reference. I assume the reason you sketch over is just to be faster, but if you want the art to be more correct you should not do that.

The first thing that popped into my head for an ice furrret evolution was a larger furret that has the previous evolutions riding the final evolution. Kind of like the baby dreepies on dragapult’s shoulders. You could make a longer ferret body, with an ice sentret on its head like a hat, and an ice furret around its neck like a scarf, and name it an obvious ice pun like Froset.

I think the evolution of mightyena should have a signature move that combines sand tomb and sand attack like it is a slighty stronger sand tomb but when they are stuck in it their accuracy is temporary lowered

Camerupt is in my top 10 Pokemon, so I was delighted to see him come to life with your version of a regional variant. He's so cute. Sweet camel boi and cow starter are definitely going on my team!

And to add in to the Lucario, you can even add a split evaluation that's base off of Set. This one can be a ghost/steel type. Mercury has a spiritual meaning in Egypt, keeps away bad spirits.

Another cool regional form could he Stakataka as an pyramid. It installed itself on earth to contact his brothers from other planets using psychic waves coming out of the top of his body when it sits on the ground. It could have the tipes Psychic and rock with the ability telekinesis so the other pokemon in the region can't damage it. As atacks it could have Ancient power Psycho kinesis Iron defense and Earthquake because when it walks it causes small earthquakes. I hope you like the concept.
