Truewerk T3 pants review

I have the T1 pants, two pairs, one in 34x32 and one is 34x34. They are good hot weather pants and will evaporate your sweat pretty good. I have done landscaping outdoors in heat and high humidity and felt comfortable without the pants being drenched in sweat (like cotton pants would). For length, I probably would go with 34" inseam if doing landscaping work from spring to fall, to keep out the ticks. 32" inseam is fine if you are not going to be walking through/working in brush/high grass/woods, and plan to use it as a regular uniform/work shop pants.. I plan to get the T2 and T3 (when they get back in stock). T1 is true to size, order your normal pant size. Like you, I line dry a lot of my clothes that I don't want to shrink. Cold wash inside out, and line dry. Another item I have from Truewerk is there lightweight hoodie. I use this when landscaping in the late spring to summer, for sun protection. Great hoodie. A little slim fitting so if you prefer (or need) a looser fit, order one size larger.

Good review. Was looking at the T3 as well. What is the temperature range you have worn these in? Was hoping they would hold up in 25° temps. Thanks!

Hey thanks ! Well I have not had these long but I live in St. Louis Missouri and so far I’ve worn it everyday and the lowest temp. So far has been like 40s during the day and maybe low 30s high. 20s at night. They definitely hold up but take this into consideration I’m originally from Singapore and I need heat so I also do wear a pair of thermal under it and it feels super good and super warm. But even without the thermal and just the pants I feel warm still. I was just recently doing some construction work where o had to dig down to the foundation of a house and it was all rocky and dirty and the pants held up so good. No rips at all and I was it in cold water and I air dry only!!! They are definitely worth the pants! That’s why I bought 1 for each week day! Probably will buy more honestly! They are pricey but it’s one of those products that you pay for what your get and it’s well worth it ! Yes I plan on wearing to all winter here and I’m confident that’s these will hold up in low temps! Once again I do wear thermal with these because I just like to be super warm since I’m not born here and I’m from a hot country. Hope this helps !

@@victorortega2718 Last winter our warehouse got down to the low 30s and held up really well. They will get a bit warm in temps above 50°

How tall and how much do you weigh? I’ve been trying to figure out my size and I’m thinking 30x32 is the right size which is what you have so we should be close to the same size. I’ve been seeing a mixed bag of reviews on the sizing so it would be a big help. Thanks

5,8 and 150. I have two pairs in 30x 34 and 3 pairs of 30 x 32 I like them both sizes just cause of preference. I do wear a belt with my pants. Hope this helps !

Hey bro so I do alot of work outside here in nc, it gets around 15-20 degrees outside would this keep me warm ? Or do I need to still wear layers under with them ?

I'd say thermals, longjohns and wool socks are what I wear and it's 30 out and besides those layers I am warm. I wear a tshirt over my thermal long-sleeve but it's awesome so far

@nicotheshort5694 yeah I got them the pants are pretty warm I say 7 out of 10 and here in nc it's been 30-40 degrees they are super comfortable after like a week of breaking in i love the pockets. Now the jacket s3 it's very nice you can tell it's good materials, I wore it with a t-shirt and a long sleeve shirt and I was pretty cold, so the s3 jacket i give it a 6 out of 10 in the warm department. now it's great with wind, and now I wear a thermal under it and it's perfect but if you just wear the s3 jacket alone with a regular long sleeve under in 30 degrees you're going to be cold af.

Depends on how cold you get. I hate the cold and I’d say these are the best work pants I’ve ever bought and I do hvac so I work outside. I do wear thermals still cause I just like being fucking warm.
