I’ve lived in Tampa my whole life and will never leave… One serious suggestion I have is once you have decided on a home no matter how safe your realtor says the neighborhood is or how safe it looks during the day find some time to take a drive through that neighborhood around 9-11pm and see what is actually going on

You head to nail on the head. I recommend this to my clients all the time. Do it Friday and Saturday nights. You'll have a great feel on the neighborhood, more importantly your potential neighbors!

I’ve lived in Florida my whole life (I’m 30) I’m on the east coast near Cape Canaveral and knock on wood we haven’t had any devastating hurricanes come our way.

Concerning redtide- Suncoast Waterkeeper is a great nonprofit to support! Fighting successfully (with litigation ) to combat gulf pollution. Everyone with real estate near the gulf should consider supporting

Your videos are very helpful! I know you have one covering Parrish and Lakewood ranch to some degree, but do you happen to have a separate video just about Parrish? In particular, we are interested in how it compares to Riverview and Wesley Chapel if one wants to be closer to different beaches and major cities as opposed to shopping centres, etc.

My family and I are thinking about moving there from NC. What town/neighborhood can you recommend that has that smaller town feel, close community, but ride around everywhere on a golf cart? Looking to be 30 minutes or less to the beach.
