Can you shower or sweat with your miranda frye /gorjana jewkery??

There’s a lot of mixed opinions about this. I personally don’t! They are gold plated, not gold filled. Most items aren’t over $100. They’re higher quality than jewelry from a lot of fast fashion places but they also aren’t going to last forever if you sweat with them on everyday. I personally remove everything whenever I shower or workout. Mainly bc I find it uncomfortable but it also helps your pieces last way longer!

What's different about this beaded chain from other beaded chains is that the individual beads are diamond cut, giving them a lot of facets for light to reflect off them. They are really sparkly, and I own 5 of them :)
