We are running a Petition in the UK at the moment because of what the Government (elected in July), is doing to the country and the people. Only 20% of the people voted for the current Government. Looking back, the people didn’t come out and vote, after the last party, were pathetic, doing nothing the people voted for. Not coming out to vote was the biggest cause of our problems with who we have ended up with. I voted, I always vote, I just feel, if you don’t vote, you lose your ability to complain. Even people who voted for this Party, are up in arms and complaining. It feels like we are on the Highway to Hell, not knowing what to do, hence one guy, started a petition, depending on the numbers of people signing it, can donate whether or not the Members of Parliament, will have to discuss it. It’s only been running for a few days and is almost at 3m signatures. If you get 100k signatures, then there is the possibility that Parliament, will have to discuss it. A date has been set in Parliament for this Petition to be discussed fully on 6th January 2025. It will be interesting to watch, the opposition parties will have a field day, the current Government thought, if they didn’t discuss this matter, it would just go away. I don’t expect the Petition Request for another General Election, will happen but it’s great to see just how many people are up in arms with this Governing Party.
