My son’s former landlord told him that he was selling the house my son rented! Paid $1500/month. Had 30 days to get out! Once out, son talked with neighbors with whom he was friends! Landlord did not sell the house! Just jacked the rent up to $2800/month! And fixed nothing! Greedflation is what caused rents to go up! Nothing more!!!
