Trump Hush Money Criminal Trial: Testimony from Stormy Daniels expected soon

Friday concluded the second full week of Donald Trump’s hush money criminal trial in Manhattan, New York. David Pecker, a banker who worked with Donald Trump's attorney, and Trump’s longtime assistant Rhona Graff, were all called to testify during the trial.
According to Graff, who worked for Trump from 1987 until 2021, Stormy Daniels may have once visited Trump Tower. “I have a vague recollection of seeing her in the reception area” one time, Graff testified.
Donald Trump’s hush money criminal trial will resume on Tuesday, and testimony from Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen is expected soon.

This single tactic by Judge Merchon is unethical and is the poster child decision for the word unconstitutional bias and prejudice! The Constitution guarantees every citizen the: 1. A right to a fair and impartial trial, 2. A right to a jury of your peers ( e.g., by people in your community network that actually know you), 3. A right to a speedy trial, 4. A right to direct examination of the witnesses, 5. A right to compulsory cross examination of witnesses called to testify against you, 6. A right to know whose being called to testify against you (i.e., in order to depose them), 7. A right of freedom of speech and freedom of association, 8. A right to have any gag orders to apply to all parties in the case (e.g., to prevent bias and prejudice), the latter is especially true for a national party election for President, 9. A right to demand that your Constitutional Rights are protected, even by the court, 10. A right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Furthermore, it’s the duty of every Judge to ensure these rights are not violated. Judge Merchon is guilty of violating President Trumps Constitutional Right in addition to committing a federal felony for using the gag order, monetary fines and threats of jail time to keep President Trump from speaking or campaigning. Judge Merchon has committed a federal felony under 42 US Code sec. 12203(a).

The discussion seemed to be under the assumption that this was a normal and fair trial, which is hard to believe. Nothing normal about this, the case is flimsy at best with novel and extreme lengths undertaken to bring it, the judge does have serious conflicts, and the gag order seems extreme on its face.
