For example, the supposed "...greatest fact-based newspaper" (lol) wouldn't even cover the Holocaust like it should when it was occuring, when the paper was Jewish -owned and NYT was worried more about it's image than reporting facts. Between 1939 to 1945 out of the roughly 23k front page stories, about 11.5k stories were about WW 2, however only 26 Holocaust stories made the front page. Or recently, calling the Hunter Biden burisma emails as "unsubstantiated" when New York Post broke the news, suppressed the story, then later had to admit the emails were real. HD is a leftist clown.

Judges control so much during any trial. Like, objections, forcing or not forcing witnesses to answer, or to kept to yes or no answers like lawyers request, and not extend beyond yes or no. What evidence is in & what’s out, and more. All these judge actions, truly effect what all jurors see and hear. And then ultimately bring with them in to the deliberation room. Judges are the “Rudder” of any & all trials. If they are corrupt & unfair, that gets automatically passed on to jurors ☹️

The FEC has already investigated the alleged violations and found that there were no laws broken, which is why the Federal authorities didn't charge Trump with FEC violations. Bragg can have his sham trial, but it will be overturned on appeal as a State court cannot hold trials for Federal violation.

When the president is tried by the Senate, the jury is essentially made up of two people from each of the 50 states. If the president is tried for acts committed while in office, shouldn't a jury be selected from people across the United States and not just from one jurisdiction? Where is the Republicans in Congress? Why are there no laws being proposed or discussed to limit some local DA from prosecuting president?

NY passed a special law to repeal the statute of limitations for this case. Stormy swore nothing happened. Avenatti is about to testify (Likely that it was a plot the three cooked up to extort Trump.) If that can be introduced at the trial...... And if it is just released to the public?
