@@cynmelly637 They are subject to federal law when it comes to national defense. Some tribal leaders are corrupt but that does not mean the majority of Tribal members should be victimized by the cartels.

@@cynmelly637 Good question. They have nothing to fight the heavily armed cartels with. These remotely located tribes are very vulnerable in the middle of nowhere. Local law enforcement is almost non existent. Tribal women are victimized by major crimes exponentially higher than the rest of the country as well. There is a lot we can do I believe to help them. Mexico needs to start solving it's own problems like El Salvador. And Mexico needs to imprison all of its corrupt police and state officials. Would anybody be left? That's a good question. I suspect that, if given the opportunity, people with integrity would arise. Are there enough capable Mexicans that have integrity? I'm not sure. We need to see them Make Mexico Great Again!

Bring home ALL of our military from around the world and put them on the border!!! Build bases on the border at San Diego, CA/Yuma, AZ , (could use the Marines there) /next to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, AZ, / south of Deming, NM,/ then next to Rio Grande north of Presidio, TX, and around the Laredo, TX area.
