Todd Blanche better start looking for another client if he will be able to find one after this debacle. I think the jury seeing him falling asleep daily as complete disregard for the case and judicial system and and not giving a darn. That won't be good for him in the end. I do agree that there might be a couple of holdouts, but I feel the attorneys will fully lay out all of the evidence and answer all concerns and questions.Thank you, Libby. I am more concerned about how he will be sentenced and how long and where. No leniency or slap on the wrist.

@@grammysalI find it quite confusing (I’m an Aussie) but saw an excellent video by Harry Litman interviewing a former Judge that explained it very well. I think the confusion is getting it from a misdemeanor to a felony. There has to be a second crime and the former judge said she doesn’t think the jury have to agree what the second crime is. Just that there was a second crime.

I’m not sure a lawyer serving as a juror can explain anything about the case. That may be seen a influencing the jury. I’m sure the jury can get the definitions via another method. I’d hate to see the cases thrown out or overturned in appeals.

They have to both do closing arguments, they prosecution can rebut defense. Then they get jury instructions before deliberations. PS Riker’s is not posh. The Federal prisons can be country clubs. Not the state courts.

Aussie here but I was surprised John Dean never went to an actual prison. He was at Fort Holabird, Wonder if they could do something similar for Trump. I cannot see him in a normal prison.
