EVERY J6th defendant was denied due process of law: 1. Exculpatory evidence was not allowed to be admitted to court. 2. The judges/prosecutors would not allow the court cases to be moved to neutral venues. 3. Defendants were not allowed access to legal counsel, in several cases, for weeks or months. 4. The FBI has confirmed that dozens and dozens of "assets" were part of the crowd, as instigators and agitators (possible entrapment). The name Ray Epps, comes to mind. The biased legal system in DC was so hell bent on their political persecutions, that they denied the defendants legal due process (all for show / Kabuki Theater). Had they followed legal, due process, the convictions/sentences would have been legitimate, and the pardons would not be required.

The 6th Amendment promises a speedy trial. This is why the Founding Fathers put the 6th in the Bill of Rights. They had seen too many people get arrested and sit in jail for the rest of their lives without being charged, let alone convicted of a crime.
