Trump rally shooting: Biden orders independent review after assassination attempt

US President Joe Biden has ordered an independent review of the national security at Donald Trump's rally to "assess exactly what happened", adding its findings will be shared with the public.
A bloodied Mr Trump was rushed off stage after being shot at by Thomas Matthew Crooks in a suspected assassination attempt which left one person dead and two seriously injured.
