Former US President Donald Trump has revealed how he will seek “revenge” after he became a convicted felon for falsifying business records.
In an exclusive interview with Fox News, Mr Trump claimed that his “revenge” will be his “success” at the November 5 election.
It appears the former US President's conviction has energised his support base.
The Republican Party raised $52.8 million in 24 hours after Trump was convicted.
Billionaire Elon Musk - who has never voted for Donald Trump - claimed “great damage” was done to the public faith in the American legal system because the case was “politically motivated”.

The crime was that Trump supposedly paid the "hush money" out of campaign funds and falsified the records about it. However, since the disgraced lawyer bloke admitted that he intentionally paid the money himself, unprompted and without discussing it with Trump, and then simply issued bills with false details, I can't actually see how that's Trump's fault. It's like kitchen staff ordering a box of bananas from a supplier, being shipped a box of apples instead, the accounting people pay the banana invoice, and then the senior managers, who weren't even there that day, all get locked up for the business records clearly stating Bananas when there's only apples in the kitchen.

To appeal successfully, he has to prove he was denied due process. As in his lawyers didn't provide good counsel or the evidence was wrong etc. So good luck with that.
