If I were the sentencing judge, I wouldn't have any difficulty sentencing Trump to 20 years, which is the max. sentence he would serve if ordered to serve consecutive rather than concurrent prison sentences. I would order the sentence to begin immediately, w/o bail pending appeal. I would instruct the court marshals to seize Trump and escort him to Rikers for processing.

If that were the case, what if he continues to agitate his followers and encourage violence (very likely), and something very violent is the result. Even if his initial sentencing was light, that can always be amended to incarceration as he represents a danger to the public.
