Balkans has 3+ definitions and it’s a more or less abstract concept. Romania is one third in the balkan peninsula if you look on the map. Others say south of danube is balkans. Others say entire countries of romania moldova and hungary to be the balkans. So the point is that romania is balkan wallachia but also central europe transilvania and also eastern europe moldova.

The speech was ok! A subordinate partnership useful in terms of geopolitical stability. On the other hand, Russia will help us fight against global warming, increasing our gas price.
