I don't believe that will be any issue. Just apply before the expiration dat,, usually 3 months before expired. Have all your documents submitted. Be honest and you will be fine.

We filed for Adjustment of Status 3/04/2024 and still have not heard a thing. I did have and rfe for my support doc which they do not even get back with you and say that I qualify to support my wife. When I look at the US website they say AOS takes 15 months

Sir I came to us in dec 2022 on f1 but was out of status for 1.5 yr and got married in April 2024 and have applied for I 485 in Nov 2024 and my interview got waived off after my biometric in dec 2024 and I am waiting for the final decision .
