The RNC can deter voting in more ways than one. A less obvious way of deterring voters is make the lines so long in mainly Democratic districts by packing them with volunteers to stand in line. A voter than sees the long line and decides it's going to take too many hours to vote and leaves without voting.

I wonder if it would be feasible for poll workers at those locations to go out periodically and verify that the people waiting in line are on the voter list and have ID to prove so. Some people might actually be at the wrong polling place unintentionally so it could certainly have multiple benefits. I just hope there are enough sprightly poll workers that are up to the task.

If social programs were developed to make it easier for people to obtain a government-issued ID, it would make voter ID laws less restrictive. That driver of the pickup will be charged with reckless endangerment a felony. He will lose his driving privilege's, and possibly jail and fines. He will have to hire a lawyer, ( a costly endeavor) and maybe sometime in the future he will be able to get his license back, but will have to pay huge insurance fees for years. in terms of what poll watchers can do, they are allowed within a certain area of the polling place and are not allowed to go inside unless they are voting. they are also forbidden under all circumstances from forcing someone to vote for their candidate and are unable to threaten or intimidate voters.

I've encountered too many problems as a registered Dem living in Southwest Kansas, so I changed my registration to Republican to deal with less hassle by Poll WORKERS. The GOP sent out postcards telling all REPUBLICANS to vote early, (seriously, earlyvoteks.com although Dems have done this, too) at the courthouse. Just this bit I found online makes it clear these poll watchers do not abide by the rules. Generally, there are at least six workers inside each voting location manning sign-in tables, directing voters, and responding to voter questions or concerns. In Pennsylvania, they work only within the precinct where they are registered to vote. Election judges open polling locations, verify voting lists, and process the votes at closing. Poll watchers can observe and look for indicators of bias or interference: a poll worker providing too much guidance on a candidate; a machine acting erratically; any campaign materials within voting locations. They should not be handling the mail in ballots or have several walking around the tables because that in itself invites voter fraud. Most of the information seems to be about poll watchers watching the voting itself not the counting of votes. Campaigns and political parties can appoint two or three watchers, respectively, per precinct. Only one poll watcher from each candidate and party is allowed inside the polling place at any given time, according to state law. Trump sent a mob not just a couple people and they were banging on the glass yelling and shoving saying stop counting votes. They blocked the entrance etc. That is not a poll watcher that is voter suppression or voter counting suppression. The fine is like $1500.00 and a bit of jail so perhaps they should think twice before doing stupid for Trump again or learn to follow the rules. I am sick of Trump and his antics and all the dysfunctional idiots he seems to draw out to harm others. I think most of us that are peaceful by nature are burnt out on Trump and his toxic behaviors, which is why we voted him out. I don't think the Supreme Court will help because Bennett doesn't want to live under Trumps thumb for the next few years feeling pushed and pulled to vote his way. Bennett also needs to gain the respect she lost as soon as Trump chose her for the position. Letting Trump go solves all her problems so if she is smart she will know this and won't favor Trump when she shouldn't which means he will lose. Not only would Bennett be free of his influence/pressure but so would we. Aw peace at last, I can't wait. This behavior from Trump supporters is problematic not only for us, the country but for Trump even though he starts it. In other words Trump supporters you are part of the reason Trump is losing. You are a terrible example of what we would get with four more years of Trump and no thank you, were not interested. YOUR BAD behavior has cost Trump votes he could not spare. I only know Reps and one Independent besides myself. All of them stepped away from Reps once his supporters starting doing this kind of stuff. They did not want to be associated with any of it. First they weren't going to vote at all but I told them that is the same as voting for Trump. Check Biden out, if you are comfortable with what kind of man he is vote for him and we can end this nightmare. They all voted for Biden. Hmm I guess the Dems owe these particular Trump supporters a thank you for all the voters they sent to them. I am not a Dem but thank you anyhow.

I live in Maryland. Nobody asked me for any sort of ID when I went to cast a Ballot on October 29th. I even asked the person who was handing me a ballot if she would like to take a look at my ID and verify that the ballot that is being casted is by me. She said "NO". I am deeply skeptical of this and I am certain there will be Voter's Fraud of sorts. Not at all happy about this.
