Regarding the stopping of foreign aid, My country, Nigeria, was one of the recipients of this aid. It was for medical use but I am glad it has halted since much of it was being embezzled. As a Brit I am happy that America has been saved, No saving the UK though. I have 4 young children I am so scared for. The UK is not safe for them.
