There already IS a trade agreement which will be breached if the tariffs are imposed. What Canadians are already planning is refusing to buy anything coming from the US. Vacations rebooked to Mexico, Cuba (not sanctioned or blocked by Canada), Europe, Asia and Panama, Barbados etc. We're nice UNTIL we're NOT 🇨🇦. People are buying products from Mexico, and Canada.

Trump said he is going to reduce the prices for goods. That is not just getting inflation down that is deflation even keeping inflation to 2.7% is going to be impossible when you are talking about raising taxes /tarrifs on goods. It is going to be impossible when you are going back to congress to want funding to build the largest wall on the planet and deport millions of your low cost work force. Biden getting a 9.1 % inflation down to 2.7 was difficult. Trump will struggle to keep it at that rate let alone get it lower.

Take a look at ALL the programs that were targeted under the "freeze". Medicaid, Meals On Wheels, SNAP, and many others.. This is just the beginning of where funding will be cut. Schools will lose funding if he dismantles the Education Department.
