But the difference between good liars and bad ones is that they think ahead, calculate the risk and ROI, and don't lie over something stupid, especially in a TV interview. I'd say yes. It has always seemed he lies even when it's not needed. I guess it really shouldn't ever be needed from our President. But at least ones understands when trying to conceal a bad decision or something along those lines. But when the issue is innocuous & there isn't anything to lie about, He still lies.
