I work in luxury hospitality and our h1b visa workers are highly skilled and highly professional, and train American staff on service standards so Americans can not only perform well, but also can advance their career knowledge so they can aspire to make more money in the industry and earn very good pay. I work in a heavy tourism area in the US, South Florida, where people have a lot of money and want to pay for luxury services. Hospitality is an art, that if learned correctly, can make a good career and income for a lot of Americans.

DEI isn’t about race. They just convinced you it was. DEI is about access to data/statistics, race, disability, and the millions of Americans (mostly rural) who don’t have access to skills. By removing DEI and EEO, the federal government no longer has to report on labor statistics, which means as people are placed into positions, you’ve now lost access to that data and those employment statistics. Although you’ve been brainwashed to believe DEI is racist and about black/white, that was just a ploy, a simple way to pull the wool over your eyes. FYI, another example of this ploy was convincing the audience that Obamacare and the Affordable Care Act were not the same thing. Just one more way this administration has deceived and will continue to deceive its audience. In this age of technology, he who controls the data, controls the people.
