It's all part of jury selection. Trumps attorneys had the ability to discard that juror if they thought they were a problem. Trump is constantly attempting to raise doubt but it doesn't work that way. I have been on 6 juries over the years.

It all boils down to legal technicalities. I don't know if you've ever done jury duty but we all deserve our day of court, and vegan I had to be a juror I ended up voting guilty because of the wording of the charges and the legal instructions. It was a bunch of not too smart 20's guys who started stealing boxes of chip deliveries and progressed to a big TV that got broken carrying it into their house. Idiots but technically guilty.
