If you look at what happened to the economy when they bite an Administration took over 4 years ago it Tanked and did you notice the value of comic books pretty much tanked also for instance The Walking Dead look at what it was worth 4 years ago and compare that to now, If the economy takes off. the first day after he was elected, the stock market skyrocketed. I'm not going to say that Comics are going to Skyrocket but I got a feeling they're not going to continue to fall. I think they're going to start to go up, and probably in the second or third year of this coming Administration, I think you're going to be very pleased with what happens with the value of your comics.

I'm building a house in Los Angeles and most of the regulations I deal are only about procedure, nothing to do with safety or environmental protection. 15 years ago you could get a building permit for a single family residence in 15 weeks. Now it takes 3 years and have to navigate thru 13 different departments. It's a major reason why housing unaffordable now.

A good face value take. One thing you have to look at though is real wage as America reindustrializes, if prices go up 20% and wages go up 10% then it is not net beneficial to spending on comics. We are at nearly all time highs in employment as it is so added jobs wont matter. Not saying that will be the case but something to think about. Last Trump term did raise real wages for the first time in a long time unlike the K shaped economy we have had for last four years where rich get richer and poor get poorer. Your can see that in big boy investment books still cruising l while keys the common guy can afford have struggled. At the point the fed has started cutting rates the long end of the curve has gone strait up since demand is low and inflation has short term bottomed as we wil see in the cpi coming this week. Im rambling but think comics could get a boost from the excess liquidity coming in the refinancing cycle we are in and hopefullly a euphoria stage to sell into that we will get in bitcoin and nasdaq but better buying opportunities will come down the road. Tariffs are okay when limited but can be horrible if you go overboard with them. His recent endorsements of the Tariffs were probably WAY too aggressive to be good, so we will kind of have to see how it plays out.
