Personally, I prefer using Tuscan Red Apple Barrel brand paint for the keel. The paint you can get for 50 cents per tube at Walmart. On a slightly related note, I just ordered this kit from Amazon and was wondering what color Tamiya spray paint I need to buy for the photo etched window frames on the boat deck, A Deck promenade, and the B and C deck areas that the corresponding parts go to? This will be the 3rd, and likely last time I buy one of these and I want to do it right this time spared some expense given I'm on a fixed income.

Hi am making the model of the 1/200 titanic but what I need to know is I have the wooden deck for it. but it has some yellow sheets with it do I put them on first so it helps the wooden deck stick

Nice job on adding the styrene detail. Were did you get the diagram to make the shapes for it since I'd be intrested in doing this for my Trumpi kit. Also, nice selection for ur antifouling.
