This may actually be the best play possible. The bosses, especially in heroic, have well-crafted decks that staff spent hours perfecting. Every card combos into something else they have. So there’s no way you could compose a better one with what you find in random boxes! Instead, go this way and get your hands on perfectly crafted decks, and while you’re at it decide that they don’t get a deck at all.

But their decks are designed around having an OP hero power and an extra 3 mama from the beginning, and since sticky toe is not much board presence, it usually only takes 1 card in the early game. I think the muscle would’ve been better, but it’s not about what’s best, it’s about what’s most fun

With Togwaggle dice and emerald googles you also can play the game of counting mana cheated (It's harder with Jumbo imps because you have to also count how many demons died to specify "original" cost the card would be) What I counted (till boss 8 not sure about counting tho): [Togwaggle dice] (Emerald googles) {Other} Boss 4: [10] Boss 5: [14] Boss 6: [4] (3) Boss 7: [11] (9) {Aviana: 9} Boss 8: [9,5*] (5+5/6*) {Muscle: 8+1+2/3*; Overpowered: 11; Emperor: 1} *Needed some funky math to actually get it right because of multiple discount sources (ex. Because he cheated 5 (10 value but 5 spent) but the discount was 6 and there were two sources of discount) Boss 9: [2] (15) Boss 10: [6+7/10] (19+3/10) Boss 11: [7] (11) {Muscle: 3} Boss 12: [12+235/442] (7+11/17) {Muscle: 22+431/442 Sorcerer's apprentice: 3+11/13) I know it's probably inaccurate but I'm too lazy to go back and watch the vid for another hour just to get some minor details

The +3/+3 treasure is actually insane with the one that makes your spells cost health instead of mana, you just cast it turn 1 and steamroll the boss with your super keleseth deck

This reminds me of a deck I accidentally setup the other day. Played the 5 treasures, got the card that replaces all cards in my deck with one minion. Welp, I had 18 lich kings in my deck. I also happened to have a passive that sets any 5+ mana card to just 5 mana. It was a goddamn fiesta.

Every time I faced him, he plays the "reduce all mechs by 1" on turn 2, shadowsteps that and then has a 5/5, 7/7 and 9/9 on the board by turn 3, destroying me every time. Really man, the only thing sucking my enjoyment out of this adventure, is the sheer amount of terrible luck I get. "Oh, you have Shirvallah? Well, it's turn 2, so here it is, 2 games in a row". "What, you have a 0 mana echo bell in your deck? I don't think you need it, so here's 3 games of never drawing it, until you lose to treant bitch". I get that heroic is supposed to be challenging, but this feels more like Lady Fortuna taking a shit on my face, rather than me misplaying.

This chapter is making me lose my sanity. The normal mode took an exhorbitant number of attempts to complete compared to the other chapters, which were usually one or two shots for me, but holy hell heroic is getting on my nerves. I've been trying to complete it with paladin since it came out and no matter what, I get utterly destroyed somewhere along the way. Then when I finally cheese my way through to the end, Khadgar just takes a dump on me and melts away my over 120 hp in 5 turns. Edit: Finally beat it, after a total of 120 bosses defeated as Paladin. Got a god hand at the end and was still pretty much saved by a lucky Getaway Kodo on my Elisra the Immortal. Cause Khadgar uses Conjurer's Call as removal on you, in case he wasn't unfair enough.
