A while ago Trump played a "Beard Challenge" vs TB where all the cards had to have beards. They should do another one of those where one person only uses cards with Gnomes and the other with Goblins, then we will see who is the real winner when it comes to Goblins vs Gnomes.

In the Druid vs Shaman match why didn't he innervate out the golem on turn one play wild growth on 2 and then yeti on 4?

Because the golem isn't that great on turn 1. This way he could save innervate in case something better came up.

Don't innervate something out just because you can. It actually has to be threatening enough to be worth the extra card investment. Harvest Golem turn 1 is not much more threatening than Zombie Chow.

You craft them from the crafting menu. Hit show gold cards and you can see the slots where gold nax cards will be, and from there, you can spend dust to make them.

Cards are the most important resource. A 1/1 that does not cost a card is a great thing. It's not the same thing, but it's essentially 1/1 2 mana draw a card.
