I don’t take them into precaution homes- we’re instructed to use a disposable shopping bag or something similar if we can.

Where are your pull-ups, wipes, chux, etc??

Those are not a staple in our trunk kits since we have routine delivery of those to patients. We also only cover a certain amount so families usually buy some on their own as well. I carry chux to use as a barrier for my bag. Also our aides are the ones who tend to keep those supplies in their trunk kits.

We use a computer to document. My first hospice job used paper charting and I just kept everything in a binder, then I would turn in my paperwork weekly if not more. ☺️

They don’t need to be imo. But it does depend on the hospice and what services they offer but I would have to say usually they don’t have to be and don’t need to be.
