After watching about 7 videos about repairing the trunk latch, yours is the only one to explain how to get those off. Thanks a lot, now I dont have to keep the trunk closed with a bungee cable

Yesterday my latch went and I had no idea how to remove the trim. Only your video showed me how to do it. Every other video showing how to replace the latch already had the damn trim removed. Thank you so much

I stopped after I broke the first one of these on my Optima Hybrid. Thanks very much. I believe mine should be covered under warranty but they can’t even look at car for over two months.

Use a flat screw driver to take out the clips not a fork.
