Wauw, nice colors!.. I'm lefthanded and difficult to write with a fountainpen, in school forced to use when I was young but I keep it to the ballpoint pen..unfortunately

I know some lefties can get by with an extra fine nib and ink that isn’t quite as wet. But they do have roller ball pens that can use fountain pen ink. I wonder if those would work for you?
