No it’s not amniotic fluid . That can be vaginal discharge which is normal. if it’s associated with itching or any discolouration then see your doctor once to rule out the infection

Hello dear, if you have no discharge or inflammation locally then don’t worry. Be patient and the stitches will heal . Every pregnancy is different so this time your body might need some more time . Eat healthy and maintain local hygiene
