ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ 4വർഷം ആകാൻ പോകുന്നു അടിഭാഗത്തുള്ള മുറിവുകൾ ഇപ്പോളും ശെരിക്കി ഉണങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് തോന്നും കാരണം ചൊറിച്ചിൽ, നീറ്റം, ടോയ്ലറ്റ് പോയി വന്നാൽ സ്റ്റിച് ഇട്ട ഭാഗങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെ വേദന സ്റ്റിച്ചു ചെയ്ത മുറിവുകൾ പുറത്തേക്കു ബൾജ് ചെയ്ത പോലെ നിൽക്കുക, ചില time ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ വരെ വേദന അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നു.. അറിയില്ല എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് ഡെലിവറി തന്നെ മറക്കാത്ത ഒരു ദുരിതം പോലെ ആയിരുന്നു ഇനിയും ഒരു ഡോക്ർ ടെ മുന്നിൽ പോയി കിടക്കാൻ പേടി.. ഡെലിവറി time അവർ ശ്രെദ്ധിക്കാതെ കുട്ടി പുറത്തേക്കി വന്നപ്പോൾ നേഴ്സ് ഓടി വന്നു കുറെ അങ്ങോട്ടും ഇങ്ങോട്ടും ഒക്കെ കട്ട്‌ ചെയ്തു മലദോരം തിന്ടെ അടുത്തു വരെ കട്ടിങ് ആണ് വലുതായിട്ട് ആകെ പ്രശ്നം ആണ്

Here where I live don’t do episiotomy. Natural tearing Anu ivide. Athu heal akanum, infection control num itanu nallarhenu parayane.. I got 6 stitch after 1 st delivery, didn’t do episiotomy. 2 weeks would unakngum proper care chythal. Stizs bath, wash with warm water, dry or pat with clean cotton towel, I also used hair dryer to dry out water after washing vagina.

Episitomy ചെയ്യുന്നതൊന്നും നമ്മൾ അറിയകൂടിയില്ല... Injection തന്നു തരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്... ധൈര്യമായി ഇരിക്ക്... ചിലപ്പോൾ സ്റ്റിച്ച് ഇടുമ്പോൾ വേദന കാണും... പക്ഷെ അന്നേരം കുഞ്ഞിനെ കണ്ടു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ ആ വേദനയൊന്നും അത്ര കാര്യമാക്കില്ല...
