Speaking personally, I just enjoy the The Guide episodes as they come out. As you said, it is better to unload the pack from time to time rather than being borne down by unnecessary burden. Life is about priorities ,hunting is like breathing air to me it's my life ,,I've always dreamt of hunting out west I'm 48 and my job breaks my body down my wife finally told me just do it ,so me and a few buddies booked a mule deer hunt in montana and I can't wait ,I say man I can't afford a alaskan hunt but it's funny how much money you actually have when you prioritize your spending.
