No, I played the level myself to find it. I was sure it was reached via a vine in the top block with the coin above it where the two hammer bros. were. Turns out it wasn't there - instead you just had to go in the first (left) green pipe on the ground by all the colored pipes near the end. That's what led to the coin.

I was thinking the exact same thing, two different times. I saw the coin above the top block all by itself, saw its close proximity to the enclosed red coin, and actually said "Are you kidding me?" out loud as he hit many of the lower blocks, but never hit that one - and then did the same when he came back to it later from the right. I checked out the level myself to confirm it, and... I was actually wrong! (Though I still think it was a blunder for him not to even check it.) No vine in the block or above the block. Turns out, to get to that red coin you just had to go in the *first* green pipe (on the ground) in the section with the various colored pipes and bob-ombs near the end, which he just happened not to try. (There wasn't anything particularly obvious about it, so I don't blame him on that one.)

a lot of people tag their levels #DGR, which can sometimes get his attention when looking for levels, but truthfully he tends to dread the levels designed for him because a lot of them tend to be troll levels (I think he prefers to do such levels only on his Trolled! days) Likely the best way is to save up channel points on his streams and then use them to "buy" the "play my level" option (or whatever it's called). Or if you make a really good -objectively good, not just "I like this it was fun to make" good- troll level, offer it for Trolled! live.
