Even we indians also need to bargain for ride in tuk tuk😅. Not only for Foreigners everyone they say the same price like 200 for 10mins ride but 50 is very good price I want to tell u one fun fact:---- We buy expensive things like mobiles like iPhone,Samsung etc nd cars,gadgets,Pepsi,cococola Ornaments expensive things in a fixed price and they got lots of money because of quality ? No their intelligence once I heard this:- For 1 cococola bottle selling they got 80% profit like that how much they got for iPhone nd how much they got for Lamborghini. Now come to poor people like Street foods,Tuk tuk, some street side shops They also want to become Rich but as a Indians we bargain because most of Indians are middle class guys. So Rich will be always rich and poor will be poor. Sry my English is very poor😊 ❤ from india

If you don't want to fall sick, don't drink any water/liquid that's not from a sealed bottle. It's getting hot and you'd want to drink juice every now and then. Ice can be an issue since there's no way to tell where the seller got his ice from. While locals may not fall sick, chances are you will so avoid ice in your drinks/juices. Tea/coffee at roadside stalls is okay because they boil it so even if it's tap water you'd be fine.

You are totally wrong that Chandigarh is the only City in India that is organized…. either you have explored the wrong parts of different cities, unfortunately a very common mistake foreigners make traveling quickly through cities going through slum / ghetto areas and attributing it to whole of india. In New York and Los Angeles for example there are so many sleazy places.. but trying to say all of USA is like that is ridiculous.
