This song speaks to me....I have been betrayed by the ones I thought of as 'friends' in the past, but thankfully I have had at least one IRL friend that I know I can call this. She is everything to me, even if she doesn't see it from me & we only talk online now. She taught me how to finally laugh and joke around, be honest with her & myself, be loyal despite what others said, show my kindness to others, and be generous to everyone despite my own situation all over again. She showed me the Magic of friendship, even before the Bronies came into my life. To the one who made this song & my BFF who stuck with me in my times of need....thank you.

This song is really touching. When I was in High School I was bullied for being socially distant, for enjoying a good book rather then company of fellow humans. I retreated into a shell, and closed myself off from the world. Yes I had friends, but they didn't seem to care that I was suffering inside. One of my online friends taught me that true friendship is about caring for eachother no matter how far apart you are. That true friends are always there no matter the distance between you.

this song strikes right into me. Between Elementary and early-High School, I had gone through so many people who i thought were my friends, and many times I ended up alone, but something inside me told me to never lose hope and that your true friends will always be there. Next thing I knew, I was surrounded by people who I knew cared about me. Trust is one of the hardest things to give to someone, when you know that others have abused it and thrown it back in your face.

Its things like this that make me feel so guilty and torn. I have friends from the ol' high school days, but I have to be a completely different person around them. No ability to trust them with actual personal shit, little in common. It's why I gravated to Twi the most, so many trust issues, bad with social situations and quick to ignore them for the safety of a book. MLP, making people better and changing lives.

I remember before I ever joined KZbin and g+ I was alone in the dark wit barely any friends, the friends that I did have weren't even real they were imaginary but they were the only friends that I knew that would never leave me. But when I came to KZbin and g+ I meant many different people. One of those goes by the name Fire Dust and he was the first friend I ever made! I can still remember when I nearly give up on friendship because of how I was being treated in the real world. Bullies would push me down, not physical, emotional yes, by calling me names, stealing my stuff, spreading stuff through the school about me that wasn't true, spitting one me, and making me cry! I was slowly being pushed into the darkness where I would push myself to be alone in the shadows. And while this was going on my grades were failing, all but one I got an A in math thanks to a friend, she was the only friend I had until she left for another school that I shortly went to. But the emotional scars from the bullies are still there. But that all changed when I met Fire Dust. He showed me what a true friend is. A true friend is someone who stands by your side no matter what you do or say. A true friend is someone who sticks by you through thick and thin. But most of all a true friend is someone who is always there to listen what you have to say. No matter how many ups and downs me and Fire Dust have we have always said sorry to each other. Fire Dust has always been there for me when I needed him and I'm always there for him if he ever needed me. And we both know that no matter what comes in our way we will always remain friends. And our friendship has been going on for three years now.

This song hits way too close to home for me. I had a couple of close friends before (I thought) and I had no problems at all helping them out if they needed it. For several years this was fine, I didn't notice anything. Then I asked then to do something with me, and never got a yes in return. Apparently to them I was always that "last way out" to them, and they didn't care. Shortly after that they cut contact with me completely and now I haven't heard anything from them in years.

Joaf + Megaphoric = Instawin. I've been hooked on Joaf's music ever since I found "Swing! Tavi Swing!" by accident, and "My Cadance" is one of my all-time favorite songs (yes, ALL songs, not just brony songs), which is partly due to Megaphoric's stellar voice. So yeah, two of my top-five favorite brony artists in one song is pretty much heaven to my ears.

My imagining of the song shows that Twilight is not alone in her fears, and that whilst she decides to place her trust in the new friend, the new friends himself has suffered much of the same thing, and is trusting Twilight just as much as she has decided to trust him, both afraid of getting hurt. This song really speaks to me, because I have never been that close to people (some have even gone as far as to brand me a sociopath) but I'm generally a nice person. I have friends and such, but I never really liked or trusted them because they're the abandoned kids, the ones no one wants to hang out with. I'm one of them too, but I don't want to be. Unfortunatly, when there is only a limited group of people to befriend, you can't exactly be picky. In fact, I hate myself for being too open, too honest, too nice, too caring. Sometimes I almost force myself to be cruel to people, just to drive them away from me. I used to have the best friends in the world, just me and my little group of crazy weirdos. Guess what? They forgot I existed the moment we graduated from middle school. Oh, they still like my posts on Facebook, but really? After all we've been through, you're just gonna go ahead and block my number, replace me with someone else and what not just cuz I went to another high school? Heck, some of them are my neighbors, and they still don't talk to me. It's bullshit, and because I hate how people don't respect friendship like I do, I try to avoid it altogether because if no one is willing to lay down their life for me even when I have done it for them a hundred times, I don't have time for them. Or anybody for that matter. So I guess that does make me a sociopath. I hate people for becoming so cold and disrespectful, so I treat them as such, which basically defeats the purpose, but I don't care. Maybe more people should watch MLP, then the world would be a little happier a place.

Hmm, well I feel it was a nicely animated short film. The voice acting seemed spot on, and the animation's quality was great. I also wasn't expecting to have to pay attention to the background ponies, so I was surprised to see the ponies interacting (and getting electrocuted) as much as they did. Then there's the music. X D Oh god, their music was amazing. The story jerked my heart around a bit, but I could only imagine what the untold parts of her future were like. (NO SPACE)
