I used to think MLP was just a kids show, for so long I was prooved wrong, made some awesome friends. Wrote some awesome and sometimes cringey fics, played so many horse games, made so many characters. I adore how the lyrics capture the ideals each of her friends taught her, I think Twilight was the element was magic because she was starting from point zero and slowly became enthralled by each trait that makes someone a wonderful friend. I just finished the show the other weekend, and I feel that a lot. It's hard to say goodbye after so many years. Still, as people continue to make new fan-content, the essence of the show will survive. If anything, the ending of the show will serve as a way to help many come to terms with the fact that life changes, and we have to push forward regardless.

I love 4EB songs since many of them resonate with me and they give hope. Edit2: Going off on an tangent. Edit3: My personality have been finding refuge in books and knowledge and being very shy and nervous because of how my school and classmates treated me. At least now I am able to maintain a kind of talking stage with most people where I can ask how homework went and I can actually have a kind of birthday party or gathering where more than me and one more show up. Now there actually is 3 or 4 classmates there. Edit1: Also I in general love the MLP and MLP fandom songs because they describe what friendship should be anddescribes emotions. They are about how to handle things and climb up again. I get to actually see light down in the bottomless pit I am in. The songs and fandom have been with me since my lowest and now I am at least at the level where I have something that maybe can be called friends and actually experience hope and light. I am 18 soon. I actually have been able to experience about normalish social situations and actually been able to deal with life.

Damn, I remember when Matt sent me the bare bones of this old track and me adding a few melodies to his acoustic tracking lol. The first lead hook was one I remember most that I threw in there. Was just throwing random notes right at the beginning, and then the ones I did choose just fit somehow. It feels like ages ago...I love what you did with this, dude! So much additional licks and instruments make this sound way more magical.

I do not remember the story, but a while ago I listened to Scribblers’ reading of what is essentially depression winning the battle over Twilight's life. It’s not something I don’t want to love, and yet I do for how close it hits towards home. This song remedies that familiar feeling with her reading, and I don’t want to love the implications I am getting, and yet I do. So in conclusion, I love the song because of what it means to me.
