3 rounds is recommended. But listen to your body and do less if you need to 👍

Hey GG10! Although both types of training are beneficial (if practiced correctly) I recommend bodyweight workouts for soccer players because during training and matches, soccer players can ONLY use their body. So it makes sense to become stronger in all muscle groups through using your own body as a weight as it is more relevant to the sport :) Happy training!
