Some of these comments about Theo Walcott are totally unnecessary, the point is to just watch the drills, just use what you can, and not to use it as a tool to criticise a very talented player. I can only dream of being half as good as he is and making the Arsenal team.

Interesting how they are working over short distances. Small bursts of speed and distance, gets the body used to the stop start nature of football. As a coach I always thought it was about putting the miles in when it came to speed and fitness. Good to get a new perspective on how to train my players properly.
