Have you seen tulip lemon , there is no problem of build quality. Sector 95 and 102 affordable flat has brick build becoz of it there is problem, tulip is made with miwone shuttering so they are good in build, even new affordable has better build than private developer building

I have one bhk in affordable housing faridabad. Builder demanded me 88000 at the time of possession and only in cash no other payment. Now builder increased maintenance charge rs 1500 per month for 1 bhk and 2200 rs per month for 3 bhk. I recommend not to go for affordable housing.

Apko km se km flat to mila yaha mahira 95 m 62.5% payment already de chuke h and r 12.5% payment ki dhamki aa chuki h but km 5% to 7% hi hua h bs.

Almost all had paid the 20percnt demanded.. I m still confused .. whether to pay or not.. most people said builder agreement is not a big deal.. govt is involved so they have to do.. kindly guide
