Have you seen tulip lemon , there is no problem of build quality. Sector 95 and 102 affordable flat has brick build becoz of it there is problem, tulip is made with miwone shuttering so they are good in build, even new affordable has better build than private developer building

All affordable housing is now coming with stilt parking, build quality is not concern anymore as they all are providing rcc construction.

I have one bhk in affordable housing faridabad. Builder demanded me 88000 at the time of possession and only in cash no other payment. Now builder increased maintenance charge rs 1500 per month for 1 bhk and 2200 rs per month for 3 bhk. I recommend not to go for affordable housing.

Sir rental income is not to good.... But yes sure u will get sthing... I e in our sector it's 8500 including everything mainatnce and water bill with common area electric bill ..

Sir totally depend on customer choice.. property or investment is very sensitive advice to make... If u feel property and place is comfortable for you then that is best i.e some people love leaving in usa Canada and some still like Bharat most.... I hope u gets my point.... Thanks for commenting

Apko km se km flat to mila yaha mahira 95 m 62.5% payment already de chuke h and r 12.5% payment ki dhamki aa chuki h but km 5% to 7% hi hua h bs.

Yeh builder fraud hai..... Mahira homes 68 iska first project hai....last year dena tha....abhi Tak nahi.....site per kaam nahi ho raha hai....payment pura kar diya hai.....ab September bol raha ....lekin umeed Kam hai....

@@AshishSati I have no doubt in property.. location is good.. but I have seen lot of videos about reputation of mahira.. all said construction is slow.. as I m the allotte there in 104, I am confused whether to make the payment or not.. Almost all had paid the 20percnt demanded.. I m still confused .. whether to pay or not.. most people said builder agreement is not a big deal.. govt is involved so they have to do.. kindly guide

Sir completely depends on choice and budget.... I think it is better to have flat if someone is staying on rent.... In less than 25 lac good option

@@AshishSati जी आपका फ्लैट है फ्लोर नही, अब शायद दीनदयाल योजना के अंतर्गत 100 गज के प्लाट में जो फ़्लोर बनेगे उसकी फ्लोर वाइज राजेस्ट्री करा सकेंगे पहले 180 गज में सम्भव था।
