I love how all of Coco’s friends talk about how she shows up for them. She’s one of the biggest stars right now and still manages to show up for her tribe, and herself. That’s commendable

It's totally helps to go through that hard process of letting go of others' expectations what who you should be and what you should do. I remember a small mindfulness book called 30 Days to Overcome Loneliness by Harper Daniels that helped me a let go of a lot of bad ideas of "self."

22:16 a big reason why I’m trying to rarely seek outside opinions because only God, me and those parties know the full story and can truly fix that situation 35:32 this is something I’m working through. I’m always trying to consider someone’s feelings but really I’m controlling the narrative because I’m predicting what they can and cannot take. 41:46 is so real ; our trauma will have us pressed… while someone who has a healthy view can laugh it or shrug it off.

I have to say this is the most normal I have ever seen coco act. I’ll admit I’ve seen her prior and didn’t prefer her attitude it seemed very cocky but seeing her with Kellie (her true friend) I can see a softness in her which makes me think she probably wasn’t comfortable with other interviewers. When she explained how it’s hard for her to trust new people it all started to make sense. I really liked this interview of coco it shows her in a good light. Nice job Kellie!!!You both look stunning and I’m loving your natural curls Kellie !!

i don’t think “cocky” is necessarily the word i think coco is just media trained and also as you said she’s in a more comfortable setting here 💖💖
