Kalpit ji, I genuinely have a lot of respect for you because of your accomplishments in Various National level exams, but I must disagree with you on this topic. Is Engineering worth it? well the whole world runs on engineering ,every piece of that technology that people these days take for granted exists because of highly skilled/hard-working engineers in-fact even WW2 was won because of science(Invention of the atom bomb) ,Companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft,General Electric etc. do not run just because of managers alone but mainly because of engineers who invent new technologies, I mean if you speak to your parents/Grand-parents they will tell you how radically different the world was before the 21st century, even the fact that a person like yourselves can make videos inspiring thousands of people is because of Science/Engineering(Computers and Social Media would not exist without the efforts of many starting from the brilliant physicists who invented the world's first Transistor(semiconductor device) to the people who work very hard today to invent new technologies). I hope I made my point, my intention is not to hurt anyone, it is just to prove that Science/Engineering/Research etc. is still definitely one the best career options out there and in my opinion is certainly better than Finance,"Consulting" etc. Regards. A humble viewer.
