when you jump back down from third to second floor on your way to keyes and deactivate the hangar door. the final cutscene will trigger once the dialoge has finished in that room where keyes becomes the proto gravemind. would have been funny to see them talking then the aliens come in throwing a flashbang and suddenly they fly away with the dropship.
