@michaeldiluca Good morning Michael. Have an appointment with surgeon today to schedule the removal of screws from surgery over 20 years ago. They think it is the cause of my constant sciatica pain. So hopefully this will be the answer. Sure am praying so! How are you doing?

Good morning, Sir. A friend gave a children’s class during the adult service once. She gave each child a tiny tube of toothpaste and a paper plate, asking them to squeeze all the paste out of the tubes onto the plates. Then she asked them to try to put the paste back in the tubes. That paste is like our words. We can’t get them back in the tube no matter how hard we try. She then spoke to the children in simple words about that concept.
