True! Beauty or handsomeness is NOT the main thing, and as my old pastor once said "we need to make sure the main thing is the main thing." Beautiful women who are ONLY beautiful on the outside are (even in my own experience) not worth my time. Also, devotion to God pours over into relationships with other humans. And that includes romantic partnerships.

I know this is supposed to be encouraging but sometimes it's more depressing than anything and I want to turn off the sermon because I know I don't fully meet all this it's almost feels like okay I'll never get a wife you know.

Alex, if it is the Lord's Will, you will know it, you don't need to worry about having a wife, just continue following God's Word, pray, & keep the faith, & things will fall into place, & yes, sometimes differently​ than we may have ever thought 🙏🏻
