P3 - whew… 😢 you are on point with this. My person & I have been on & off for over a year & this was the exact convo 2 weeks ago. He said exactly that but then some unkind things I guess by way of shoving me away from him… despite the fact that I had already ended it.. a month prior. But, here’s the crazy part- the dating app I’m on matched us up despite being long distance 🤦🏻‍♀️ - he thought I “liked” his profile, said hello & was asking if i found my Prince Charming- Ahh yes! Yes, pile 2 is completely reversed for me. I was going to mention that but I decided to wait and watch the whole video to see if you were going to mention it being in reverse ..👌🏼. He gets triggered by me and I'm completely being safe, supportive and mindful with everything I say but his past pains makes him receive my words in a different and negative way still. @@prairievintage I completely agree. Love with no expectations is the best way! It's freeing.. and that's why I can love him unconditionally and regardless of who he's with. Once you get out of that fear-based love, a whole nother world opens up. What's funny is that.. what triggered him was how free I was. I suppose he needs validation by me being codependent & attached. ... and I kept telling him "I'm different" and not like everyone else. There were times when he felt I was going to be jealous about something and I absolutely wasn't. ... and because I didn't give him the reaction he thought I would, which would have probably boosted his ego, he didn't know how to handle it and it would have to make him take a look at himself. Hopefully our interaction has inspired him.. and I have a good feeling that it did
