Sal mentioned his punishment in an interview as one of his few regrets on the show (refusing to climb the ladder). He said something about his legs locking up. Apparently not being able to climb the ladder really bothered him for a long time. Q was a gentlemen about it, and he had a backup plan (the hose) the whole time. They really lookout for each other.

They are back together. However Impractical Jokers often takes weeks to film a single episode and takes up a huge portion of their lives. So even though they are back together, Joe wants to be a bigger part of his family, than he previously was.

colleen exactly......Q is the nicest out of all of them. He didn't have the heart to make him do that. Murr is scared of heights too but Sal was frozen and shaking and Q knew it. That's why shortly after this episode at Nitro, Q kept trying to get him out of going up...but they had to do it.

Angela Bariteau Oh? I didn;t know that. What, did Q try to talk them into a different punishment like he tried to talk Sal and Joe out of giving Murr the skydiving one? And I'd say both he and Murr are the nicest. Murr stayed around for about an hour in England after the punishment when the other three left to sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans.
