You guys are having too much fun. Hahaha I've ran a huge 1/8th 2100kv Puller Pro 4274S with a 1/6th size staggered 4-pole rotor in it for over a year in my "Killer Wasp TRX4"(just Google it). It has insane power with the most incredible low-end control. It's amazing. In my 30+ years of rc'ing...this motor is by far my favorite. The Revolver is number two. I ran it for two days at Pro-line By The Fire. Literally got 3 hours of run-time , on the trail , with a 2700mAh 75C 3s.

I’ve got a 1415 2400kv castle with Mamba X in my Trx4. Only run on 3s have been on 4s one time. Overall has some power to blow some gears.

The Trx4 Trx6 platform has just an amazing freaking tough stock driveline. A slipper eliminator and that is pretty well sorted., Would be interesting to see if running that on 3s or even 4s and see if the slow crawl improves. And your suggestion of using the Aux drag brake would be ideal. I have an 1/8 scale motor in a slash 4x4 and 3s/4s gives a good balance of power to weight without being 6s stupid in the lighter vehicle. Hope you have good luck this weekend at Uste. Cheers mate 👍

Everyone has the right to modify and drive their own RC as they wish. I personally would rather opt for a rolling light-show as you did with your TRX-6 than insanely overpower it as your friend has done to his. In my otherwise limited experience, I have found that I can play & play & play & play & play & play with either of my two crawlers and then vacillate over possibly purchasing some more CNC machined aluminum jewelry for it. But when I drive my 45mph basher I'm very soon forced into chasing after replacement parts no matter how carefully/respectfully I drive it.

This is actually a 6x6s. When a third is added that's for additional steering. 6x6x6 = 6 wheels, 6 wheel drive, 6 wheel steering
