We’ve been to Disney World three times with our kids and we ended up staying at the contemporary however nothing compares to staying at o Old Key West. It’s a beautiful resort and we have always enjoyed our stays At OKW . Looking forward to going back again soon.😀

Renting is a great way to go but I would say that if a family plans to rent yearly and do that for a while, it probably makes sense to own some points. Obviously renting is more expensive than just the maintenance on the points so at a certain point buy-in plus maintenance is cheaper than renting alone. You also get the flexibility of canceling if your plans change and getting your points back, the control to manage your own bookings, etc.

We feel the same way. Try it out by renting but if you really feel you are going to come back every year or every other then go ahead and purchase. If you don’t make it one year you have the option to rent out your points that will help cover dues. As always that for watching and commenting.
